Refund Policy
Order Returns
If your product is received physically damaged during shipment, take a picture and email it to our customer service team at trolleybags@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment for assessment.
We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
For faster processing, return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Order Cancellation

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, please send us your account details and a cancelled cheque copy at trolleybags@gmail.com.

Warranty Policy
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Trolley Bags_flywithstyle hereby provides a warranty on all smart trolley bags with USB features for the period mentioned on the baggage tag from the date of purchase by the user, covering any material manufacturing defects only. The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
The user can claim the warranty by activating the product e-warranty through our website or by contacting the customer service helpline at 9032875254. The product must be e-warranty registered before raising any warranty claim. Visit your nearest Trolley Bags_flywithstyle outlet for more details.
The defective item must be delivered by the user at their own cost to the company’s nearest service center, as per the details indicated in the service ticket.
This warranty is not valid for:
Damages caused by accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repairs, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme conditions (heat, temperature, rain, water), or chemical exposure (solvents, acids).
Replacement or repair of internal briefcase compartments and suitcase divider flaps.
Damage to zippers, cracks, dents, scratches on components, tears in inner lining or fabric, or leather trimmings and mesh.
Mishandling or abuse during transit by a carrier (e.g., airlines). Claims must be filed directly with the carrier in such cases before leaving the terminal.
The company will undertake to repair or replace the defective product within a reasonable timeframe at its discretion, and the company’s decision on the defect and warranty applicability will be final.
The company reserves the right to upgrade or change product specifications without notice. If spare parts for a specific model are unavailable, the company may offer an equivalent model at its discretion.
Any disputes arising from the warranty’s applicability or usage are subject to Indian laws under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.
The company’s liability is restricted to repairing or replacing the defective item. Under no circumstances shall it exceed the purchase price (after discounts) as stated on the invoice.
This warranty excludes any condition, warranty, or liability not expressly mentioned herein.
All locks and security mechanisms installed on the luggage serve as delaying devices and cannot prevent theft of luggage or its contents.
